Manager / Clinic Administrator
Massage Envy Spa in Maple Grove is one of the top performing clinics in the nation. As we expand our business, we are seeking a performance driven person with the determination and focus to continue this growth. We welcome an individual who has direct management experience and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate is a positive communicator with a high degree of self-motivation combined with a sense of urgency. This is a great opportunity to provide hands-on, results-focused leadership to a team. You will coach and lead the growth efforts of the clinic. This is a strong sales results, management, and administrative position.
The Clinic Manager has key responsibilities in operations, sales, customer service and training. We are looking for a performance driven individual who has a solid track record to join our team and help our location grow to the next level. This individual takes ownership and pride in managing the business as their own.
Specific responsibilities include:
o Building, motivating and leading a high-performing team that genuinely cares about the health and wellness of every customer.
o Leading staff to achieve financial, operational and customer service goals.
o Coaching employees on customer service best practices, sales techniques, clinic policy and procedures.
o Ensuring clinic systems, processes and policies are followed consistently.
o Serving as a role-model for staff, providing training, guidance and confident leadership.
o Responsible for operations, sales, service and staffing.
o Administration - All administrative and HR duties including payroll, schedules, hiring, reviews, goal implementation and attainment.
Requirements:
A minimum of three years of sales and direct management experience of 10
employees in a retail, fitness or customer service environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
College Degree preferred.
Strong sales experience with a solid track record of meeting sales goals.
Proven verbal and written communication executed with clients and team members.
Ability to work cohesively with others to achieve a fun fast paced environment.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to management with strong organizational skills.
Full-time position with schedule flexibility required.
