Training Coordinator

Coordinate activities related to customer training by the Engineering Department, and outside contractors to deliver timely, accurate software training and support.

Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
The training coordinator is responsible for planning and supporting customer training activities. The following list is a summary of the core responsibilities.
Scheduling
Coordinate resources, both internal and external to meet training demands.
Coordinate resources needed in the classroom; i.e. manuals, documentation, etc.
Reconciliation
Maintain training records to provide supporting documentation for revenue recognition activities.
Facilitate the processing of financial documents for customers and vendors related to training and other department activities.
Department Support
Provide assistance to the Sales department for quoting of training and support activities.
Provide assistance to department members to facilitate revenue recognition.
Provide support to the Phone Support Coordinator as the schedule demands.
Maintaining and reporting department metrics as defined by department management.

Salary is $35-45,000 annually

Qualifications
A two-year degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work related experience will be considered.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Must have strong background in customer support.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable explaining technical matric in a business setting.
Must be willing to travel periodically; 10-20% of the time.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
