GymPhone is seeking a Service Specialist to join the contact center supporting our new business. He or she will be part of the initial contact team for callers contacting our customers' businesses and will serve as the first point of contact for our customers' customers, delivering excellent service. The Service Specialist will answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller needs, and provide information and will maintain accurate and useful database records.
The ideal candidate has previous call center experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, good computer and data entry skills, and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Telesales and fitness industry experience are both highly preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
