The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that each part of the manufacturing process has been correctly completed including inspections to ensure products meet/exceed industry standards.
Quality Manager Key Requirements:
Experience in a GMP environment 2 years minimum experience in a manufacturing Quality dept.
including understanding of quality control procedures, legal standards Supervisory experience a plus An eye for detail, results driven, outstanding communication skills Proficient in MS Office Quality Manager Quality Manager Key
Responsibilities:
Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes Setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance SOP generation and maintenance, Maintain calibration and training records Implement 3rd party certifications Oversee product release, Certificate of analysis creation Maintain clean facility, Deviations and corrective actions Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis Join Us.
